The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and the Ad Council will join with the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) to unveil a new series of national public service advertisements (PSAs) designed to prevent childhood obesity by encouraging physical activity among children. The new PSAs feature LPGA players Lorena Ochoa, Karrie Webb and Natalie Gulbis, and urge families to “get up and play an hour a day.” Wegmans will also announce its support for the campaign and its alignment with their own healthy lifestyle initiatives.
